SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Community Service Manager, this position is accountable for the presentation and curb appeal of the community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community with quality and attention to detail
- May contribute to make readies by cleaning assigned units to ensure a spotless presentation
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors
- Available for On Call Emergency Rotation
- Supports Asset Preservation
- Participates in minimizing expenses through inventory control
- Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws
- Under the supervision of the Community Service Manager, assists in the procurement of materials as needed
- Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by the Community Service Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrates sufficient communication skills
- Quality attention to detail
- Professional presentation
