We know that you have several options to choose from when considering the best place to call "home."
Out of respect and appreciation for your residency with us, each Sequoia community offers a unique blend of Resident Reward options and savings customized to their site's respective market and location:
- "Pet Parents" Program
- Special Savings
- Value Added Services
- Service-Based Savings (Discounts and specials in partnership with neighborhood merchants and service providers)
- Renew Your Lease Program
The Resident Rewards Program is offered on a per-lease, rather than a per-resident, basis.
"Pet Parents" Program
We are one of the few companies that not only accepts, but warmly welcomes hundreds of breeds of dogs (regardless of size) and cats. Although breed restrictions apply, we love pets and invite you to bring your furry friends with you to our community office (where treats are always available!)

Special Savings Program
Reserve an Amenity
We are pleased to offer our community amenity areas for your personal use. To reserve an amenity area* (theater, clubhouse, etc.) in the Resident Services Center at your community, please contact the office for details and restrictions.
*Rental fees are nominal, but may vary for different rooms and areas at your community. Not all communities have amenity areas available.
Value Added Services
Custom Accent Walls
In partnership with Glidden Paints™, Sequoia is pleased to offer the latest in contemporary color design for our residents. Click on your individual community's website, select "Resident Services," then click on "Custom Accent Walls". You'll be able to digitally color wash your walls in any one of six specially selected accent colors.

Renew Your Lease Program
Our communities offer a limited number of lease terms in any given month, so it's never too early to consider renewing your lease to ensure the best deal, and terms suited to your preferences and needs.
