/Sequoia Equities is doing to take care of some of us 'old-timers' who have been here a little while. That is simultaneously excellent business strategy and caring concern for us as human beings... Especially the Flex Rent Payment option and Lease Break Forgiveness Option... These items address and reflect what so many people are facing in today's economy. For me, I get paid once a month, so paying at the beginning of the month works well.
"And... By NOT increasing my rent, that puts needed cash back into my paws, and is like a raise!!
"I just wanted to say that we do appreciate everything you all are doing to accommodate 'real live people' in today's world! These are exactly the things that one considers when considering whether or not to move in or move out! For us, the big selling points of 17 Mile Drive Village, in no particular order, are that it is pet-friendly; the washer and dryer inside every unit; the pool and gym; the fact that these really are 'apartment homes,' as opposed to what most people think of when they hear the word 'apartment;' the glorious grounds... The quiet atmosphere even with 84 units... And, and did I mention Ginger and Francisco????? The people who manage and care for the premises are the most important of all, and you guys are fabulous!!!!
